State & Liberty Clothing Company is seeking seeking highly motivated Independent representatives to sell our clothing. We are looking for dynamic self-starters to sell our gear through networking, hosting events, in office and in home trunk shows. ABOUT STATE & LIBERTY
State and Liberty was founded due to the frustration of not being able to find off the rack dress clothing to fit our athletic body types. By combining our signature true athletic fit with stretchy performance fabrics, we are providing those with an athletic build the best fitting, most comfortable dress clothes on the market.
Our points of difference focus on providing our guests with the following:
1) Athletic Fit Dress Clothing: Our dress clothes are off-the-rack (no tailoring needed) and have more room in the upper body - chest, shoulders, and arms - with a very tapered waist (with fabric darts in the back to pull in the fabric).
2) Performance Stretch Fabrics & Low Maintenance: Our fabric for all of our dress clothing is moisture wicking, wrinkle-free, machine washable, and extremely stretchy.
3) Custom Clothing: State and Liberty also has a substantial business in custom clothing. This will be a big element to this role and will require training before starting.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand Ambassador for State & Liberty Clothing
- Manage sales territory to drive ongoing revenue growth
- Project a professional image while presenting our brand
- Excel in developing key, productive relationships with customers
- Strong relationship building and business development skills
- Experience as a Sales Professional with demonstrated success in growing sales is a plus
- Excellent customer service and listening skills
- Strategic consultative mindset with strong follow through
- Strong communicator with effective presentation and listening skills
- Ability to carry and lift multiple sample bags
- Ability to operate a point of sale system for selling customers
- Have a key understanding for the brand, product, and differentiators
- High achiever mentality
- Accepts accountability for sales results
- Ability to ask for the sale and close
