This Personal Information may be required to provide our products to you. If you do not provide the Personal Information we ask for, it may delay or prevent us from providing our products to you.

We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes. If you have not opted-in to receive e-mail newsletters, you will not receive these e-mails. Visitors who register or participate in other site features such as marketing programs and 'members-only' content will be given a choice whether they would like to be on our e-mail list and receive e-mail communications from us.

How do we protect visitor information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your Personal Information. Your Personal Information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. While we strive to safeguard your Personal Information, due to many reasons, including the inherent security flaws in the internet, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us and, as such, you agree that your disclosure of such information is at your own risk.

Do we use "cookies"?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. We use cookies to:

You do this through your browser (like Netscape Navigator, Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Internet Explorer) settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you turn cookies off, you won't have access to many features that make your Website experience more efficient and some of our Website will not function properly. Also, if you use a different browser or computer, you will have to make this same selection again. However, you can still place orders over the telephone by contacting our customer service.

How can you opt-out of marketing communications?

To modify your email subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section or by using the “unsubscribe” link in emails. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

Text Messaging

You may elect to receive text messages from us. When you sign up to receive text messages, we will send you information about promotional offers and more. These messages may use information automatically collected based on your actions while on our sites and may prompt messaging such as cart abandon messages (IE Cookies). To the extent you voluntarily opt to have Text notifications sent directly to your mobile phone, we receive and store the information you provide, including your telephone number or when you read a text message. How long we retain your Personal Information?

We will keep your Personal Information while you have an account with us or while we are providing products to you. Thereafter, we will keep your Personal Information for as long as is necessary:

Please note that you may only make a CCPA-related data access or data portability disclosure request twice within a 12-month period and we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Our Website is not directed to children, and you may not use our Website if you are under the age of 18. If you are under 18, do not access the Website, or provide any information about yourself including, without limitation, your name, address, email address or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn that we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we will purge such information from our database and cancel the corresponding accounts.
